Position: Supervisors

WINNO Company Ltd, a leading distributor of building hardware materials, is seeking

motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Supervise day to day operations in line with company policies and objectives.

2.Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to set standards.

3.Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and distribution activities.

4.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective supervision and support.

5.Assist management in planning, reporting, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1.Minimum of HND from an accredited university or institution (Bachelor’s degree is an

added advantage).

2.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

3.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

4.Must be hardworking, honest, and dedicated.

Remuneration & Benefits:

 Attractive salary of GHS 2,700 plus allowances.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

One (1) month annual leave.
